1. AI Risk Prediction System: This system utilizes big data analytics, integrating "imported food inspection data" with "overseas hazard alert information." It is designed to automatically identify food products with a high risk of non-compliance during customs clearance procedures. Furthermore, the MFDS has developed predictive models that incorporate specific hazard characteristics, which will be applied to the selection of shipments for random inspections at the customs clearance stage.
2. AI Foreign Object Detector: This technology is primarily targeted at the meat production and processing industry. It aims to achieve precise identification of foreign objects such as needles, abscesses, and plastic fragments that may contaminate products during processing.
