From June 20 to 22, the 2025 China Garlic Annual Conference & Jining Jinxiang Garlic Industry High-Quality Development "Garlic Chain Innovation Conference" was held in Jinxiang County, Shandong Province, organized by the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products (CCCNA). As the 12th edition since its inception in 2011, the conference has evolved into a globally recognized platform for showcasing China’s garlic industry strength, facilitating international trade cooperation, and analyzing market trends.

Pre-Conference Activities
Prior to the main event, the Garlic Sub-Council held its 7th Session of the 3rd Council Meeting, attended by 20 member enterprises. Discussions centered on production-stock dynamics, export challenges, and sub-council development. President Cao Derong pledged to address enterprises’ concerns and enhance industry services.
Industry Impact
Jinxiang County, known as China’s "Garlic Capital," currently cultivates 600,000 mu of garlic annually, 带动周边种植超 200 万亩，and exports to over 170 countries. The conference underscored Jinxiang’s role as a global hub for garlic trading, processing, and pricing, while highlighting its efforts to integrate into global supply chains through European freight trains, overseas warehouses, and cross-border e-commerce.
