nature fried garlic slices

Fried Garlic Flakes are small pieces of garlic that have been sliced or crushed and then fried until they become crispy and golden in color. They are a popular ingredient used in various cuisines, especially in Asian and Mediterranean dishes.

To make fried garlic flakes, garlic cloves are typically peeled and thinly sliced or crushed. Then, they are usually fried in oil until they turn crispy and golden. The frying process enhances the flavor of the garlic, mellowing its pungency and creating a savory, slightly sweet taste.

Fried garlic flakes are commonly used as a garnish to add flavor, texture, and aroma to dishes. They can be sprinkled on top of soups, salads, stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes, and even pizza. They can also be crushed into a powder and used as a seasoning. The crispy texture of fried garlic flakes adds a delightful crunch to the dishes they are added to.
